Refunds
The Garden Box does not offer refunds on any of our products. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, the sale is considered final. We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase.
Returns
The Garden Box does not accept returns of any kind. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products that have been shipped or delivered. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Exceptions
In the unlikely event that a customer receives a damaged or defective product, we will work with them to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, The Garden Box may offer a replacement product at our discretion.
